BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Payment A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking.
• A deposit of £100 will be required prior to departure which will be refunded upon return after confimation from our hosts in Dalyan that there were no breakages or damage to the Villa.
• The balance is payable in full 4 weeks before departure.

Flights, Transfers, Insurance and Medical

• Travellers are responsible for arranging their own flights.
• We can offer advice on scheduled or charter flights if required.
• On arrival at Dalaman airport all U.K visitors will have to purchase a tourist visa which is valid for three months from date of arrival.
• The cost is £10 per person. We recommend taking a £10 note for each person, as no change is available.
• Transfers between Villa Baris the local international airport, Dalaman, are not included in the cost of the accommodation.
• Please also ensure that you have your adequate holiday insurance.
• Vaccinations are advised when visiting Turkey. Some will require an appointment with your local GP. Please check with you doctor and allow sufficient time.

House Rules

• Villas Baris is our home , so please notify us of any damage or breakage's on your return . A charge will be due if items are not replaced.
• Villa Baris is a non-smoking house.
• Topless sunbathing is illegal in Turkey under Muslim law. Please respect this.
• Please remove all shoes at the front door in line with traditional Turkish custom.
• Please respect our neighbours and their properties and control noise levels, especially late at night.
• The area around the pool will become wet and slippery so please ensure that children do not run.
• The owners of Villa Baris, accept no liability for injury to persons, or damage to and loss of personal effects and belongings during their stay.
• Guests only to use the pool, you are permitted to invite friends to the Villa terrace area only.
• No music to be played on the terrace or pool area.
• No football or any other ball games to be played outside of the pool.
• No glasses to be taken outside the terrace area, plastic cups are available for use around the pool.
• No swimming in the pool after 10 pm.
• Please only use the gate that is allocated to your Villa, each Villa has its own entrance.
• Please use the sun beds that are marked Villa Baris.

• When leaving the Villa please turn off all air conditioning units.

• Ensure that the Villa is secure at all times.

• Please do not use the white Villa towels for the beach or the pool.
